Bannicky Mabunda (B.Proc)
Managing Director
Mr Mabunda completed his B.Proc at the University of Venda. He then further attained a certificate in Business Rescue Practice with the University of South Africa. He is currently studying towards an advanced Diploma in Labour Law with the University of North West.
Mr Mabunda served his articles at Solomon Calvin Nkosi Attorneys and then Marima, Kgope & Associates. He was admitted as an attorney in 2003. He was then employed at Marima, Kgope & Associates as a Professional Assistant.In 2004, Mr Mabunda founded MB Mabunda Incorporated ( which was formely known as MB Mabunda Attorneys). He is a member of the Black Lawyers Association and a director of a number of companies.

Romeo Vonani Sambo (LLB)
Professional Assistant
Mr Sambo completed his LLB at the University of Venda (Univen-LLB) He is currently studying towards LLM in Corporate Law with the University of South Africa. He serverd his articles at MB Mabunda Incorporated and was admitted as an attorney in 2010. He then joined the firm as a Professional Assistant.
